Have you ever wondered about the emotional and physical benefits of yoga as part of your grief process? Join us for a private yoga experience at Hot Dog Yoga. Instructor, Helen Hughes-Smith will guide us in breathing, meditation, and stretching. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Sunday March 11th, and March 18th at 6 p.m. Special rate of $10 per session. If possible, please bring your own mat. If you don’t have one, there are mats to borrow.
