Join us Thursday, July 17 from 12:00 – 1:30 pm at The Whitehall House for this hands-on activity led by Lisa Story. We’ll use flowers and the symbolism of the mandala to explore life’s natural rhythm and your place within it. Creating with nature encourages energy to flow, helping you feel more peaceful, centered, and balanced. Especially during times of grief or change, this gentle practice offers a way to reconnect – with nature and yourself. Let this simple act of creation restore your focus and rebalance emotion in time of grief and transition.

Lisa Story, a nature enthusiast, is the founder of Hope Grows, a non-profit organization Cultivating Caregiver Wellness. A Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Thanatologist, Lisa’s professional experience in grief & bereavement and the connection to the natural world has led her to the path of the non-profit. She also holds Certificates in Addiction Counseling and Horticultural therapy.
