Grief Talk: “Have You Found Your Penny”
The Whitehall House

Laurie is no stranger to grief. In 2013, her 17 year old son died suddenly. Laurie’s faith never left her. While deep in grief she still took notes of the amazing things that were happening around her. Come hear Laurie’s motivational story on how she created a good life after a devastating loss.

Lunch and Learn with Todd DePastino

 Join us for our popular Lunch and Learn with Todd DePastino, Executive Director of the Veterans Breakfast Club. Just in time for an election year, Todd explains the contentious history of our nations elections. Please call for reservations.

Suggested Donation $10. No one is turned away for lack of funds.

Meditation is a great tool to help us navigate the ups and downs of our daily lives. Whether you are new to meditation or have been mediating for years, all our welcome to these evenings of discussion and group practice led by Helen Stickney. Chairs will be provided for seated meditation. If you prefer to sit on the floor, bring a cushion.

Yoga For a Cause

Fridays March 26, April 17, and May 15 at 6:30 pm

Join us at our pop up yoga class. Each month we raise funds for a different charity. Helen from Hot Dog Yoga leads us in an “all level yoga class”. The class is a donation base class. In March we will be collecting for Drop the Puck on Cancer. Don’t forget your mat!

Wondrous Women of Pittsburgh Tour with Passport to Pittsburgh
March 26, 2020, 9:30 am – 5:00 pm
$90 per person

We begin our tour in the beautiful Gothic Chapel of Homewood Cemetery, built in 1924, with the cemetery’s historian, followed by a guided driving tour of this historic Homewood Cemetery. High Tea at the Inn on Negley and tour of this charming Bed & Breakfast. Pick up location Good Shepherd Church. Please call for more information./p>
