Beloved wife of the late George E. Bisbey and Harry E. Arnold; loving mother of Elaine Bisbey, Marlene (Edward) Gondek and the late Wayne E. (survived by Christine) Bisbey; cherished grandmother of David Bisbey, Erika (Ryan Savage) Gondek, Wayne (Kim) Bisbey and the late Daria Bisbey; sister of the late Elwood (Mary) and Harold (Jean) Grazer. Also survived by her many friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Shriner's Children's Hospitals at https://www.syriashriners.org/ or the charity of one's choice.
