September 7, 1918 - January 4, 2015 FALLS AGNES Age 96, Pittsburgh, formerly of Patton, passed away January 4, 2015, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Patton, the daughter of Paul and Mary (Burek) Tinnick. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Francis "Chick" Falls; 17 brothers and sisters; two great- grandchildren; son-in-law, John Dutko. She is survived by children, Donna (Edmund) Jones, Bonita Dutko and Cynthia Falls/Debbie Vallor; five grandchildren; six great- grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a member of Resurrection Church in Brookline, PA for many years and had an unwavering faith in God. Agnes spent her life as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved entertaining her family and friends and her home was always full of love and laughter. Agnes was an avid sports fan and enjoyed attending and watching football and baseball games. Friends will be received from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at JOHN F. SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4201 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227 and from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 9, 2015, at STEVENS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1004 North Fifth Avenue, Patton, PA 16668, where a vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Prince of Peace Chapel, 2410 Campbell Avenue, Northern Cambria, PA 15714 by Msgr. John Sasway. Committal Holy Cross Cemetery, Northern Cambria.
