Weiss, Albert V. Age 89, peacefully on Saturday, June 4, 2016, of Baldwin.

Beloved husband of Agnes E. "Sally" Weiss; loving father of Victor (Bernie) and Daniel (Kristy); grandfather "Pap" of David, Josh, Aaron, Adam, Matthew and Jessica. Al served in the U.S. Navy during WWII, was a member of Carpenter Union #211 for over 60 years and was particularly proud of his flowers and his garden. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Tuesday from 3-8 pm where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to West Penn Forbes Hospice, 4800 Friendship Ave., Pgh., PA 15224.
