Andy and I had just talked a few eeks ago about family, life, and the upcoming reunion. After not seeing him for so many years, I was really looking forward to seeing him again but not this way. He always talked about his family and how proud he was of them. He will be sorely missed but take solace in the promise that we will see him again. Will see you on Sunday.

Joyce first of all my deepest condolences! I was shocked to hear the news of Andy's passing. Ecspecially after getting the reports that things were going well with his recovery. Theres been a deep lump in my gut since I found out. Not sure if Andy and you fully understand how gratefull I was for the the time your family let me stay in N.J.. Not sure I would of made it through Newark without your help and hospitality! And thank you Andy for always being the calm one in our little talks when I was there, truly helped dealing with the stresses from a new job in a big city. Not sure why the the lord gives the biggest and steepest obsticles to overcome to the best people? But I can only guess its because he thinks only the kindess, strongest and most faithfull that can endure those challenges! Andy I'm sure your at peace now, finally finding time to enjoy your hobbies, you and uncle Chuck are probably out at the flying field right now I imagine! Rest in peace and happiness Andy, and best wishes to your family, may you guys stay strong and forever remember your father/husband in a great light. Will miss You Andy, your living legacy of a wonderfully raised family remains, and thats about the proudest thing a man can take with him to the grave. Love you guys Tom

I was deeply saddened to hear of Andy's death. I have great memories of our times together in school, laughing at stupid things at the lunch table and talking about the daily challenges of high school life. Later, we spent time together in the college years including a trip that he and Chuck H. made to visit us at Penn State. Over the years, I was always proud of the accomplishments that Andy achieved in his life and was looking forward to seeing him at our upcoming reunion. I am so sorry to hear of your family's loss and our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this difficult time.
