Age 94, surrounded by her loving family, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2020, of Whitehall, formerly of Turtle Creek.

Beloved wife of the late Angelo Cencia, Sr.; loving mother of Gloria Cencia and Angelo (Susan) Cencia, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Deanna (Wayne) Taranto, Lucia Cencia (Andrew Wagner) and Angela Cencia; great-grandmother of Shari, Wayne, Jr., Domenic, Rocco and Roman; great great-grandmother of Julianna; sister of the late Paul (Josephine) Alexander, Carmella (Larry) Chancio, Owen (survived by Janine) Alexander, Lawrence (Marian) Alexander, Patricia (Richard) Sheridan and Mary (Eugene) Barno. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, October 4, 2020 from 2-6 p.m. Funeral prayer on Monday morning at 11:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church at Noon. Due to the current public health crisis, masks and social distancing guidelines must be adhered to both at the funeral home and in church.
