Obituary For Arlene "Honey" Stenglein

November 20, 1942 - April 28, 2015

Stenglein, Arlene (Wells) "Honey", age 72, on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 of Baldwin Borough. Beloved wife of the late Joseph M. and Frederick L.; loving mother of Joseph G. (Peggy), Nancy Stinelli, and Jeffrey M.; cherished and devoted "Honey" of Jessica (Anthony) Raco, Marissa and Kalie Stenglein, Natalie, Allison, Timothy, and Emily Stinelli; daughter of the late George J. and Helen C. (Dobroski) Wells; sister of the late Kenneth. Arlene was very proud of and adored her grandchildren. She loved to crochet and made baby blankets for family and friends, she loved to craft, and was a volunteer and the wedding coordinator at St. Albert the Great Church. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Friday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Albert the Great Church at 10:00 a.m.

    i didn't know....so sorry. She was like my second mom when I was growing up and also my son's Godmother. I have many wonderful memories and will cherish them always. Rest in Peace Mom...I love you.

    Very sorry for your loss, I know how you must feel since I went through this with mu own mother just a year ago. I just felt that what she was going through she was in a better place, God bless and watch over her and you and your family.
