Singleton, Barbara L. (Stupak) Age 71, on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, of Whitehall.
The world just lost the kindest, loving, most compassionate person on this earth; and what is amazing is she never knew it. Barb was truly the person everyone wanted to be. If only two people were allowed into heaven, surely Barb would be one of them. She has the distinction of having all friends and no enemies. Saying she will be missed is a gross understatement. From voted the most popular girl from St. Mary of the Mount Class of 1963, to the loving and caring wife, mother and doting MiMi. So many memories of everything she did for others, and as always never for herself, because that was her. Unfortunately the only one smiling now is God because heaven must have needed another angel. Barb is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Frank Singleton and her children, Mike (Diane) and Krissy (Mark) Rackley. She is the proud MiMi of Nicole, Laura, Jack and Liza. She is also survived by her siblings, Ken (Judy) Stupak, Bob (Cindy) Stupak and Dan (Chris) Stupak and nieces and nephews, Heather, Jenna, Bobby, Don and John. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Thursday and Friday, June 15 & 16, 2017, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Saturday morning at 9:00. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the Mount Church at 10:00 a.m.

Oh, Barbie, how much we have and will forever miss you. We have shared every important and meaningful life's event with you. Together we watched you raise Mike and Kris and you helped us through all the days of raising Heather and Jen. We have so many wonderful memories with you - the food you shared with everyone, the beach, breakfast at Caste, the early morning talks on our wall phones with very long cords, the joy of becoming Grandparents. You truly lit up every room you walked into and left full hearts of everyone that was blessed to call you Wife, Mom, Mimi, Sister, Aunt and friend. The days are dimmer now without you. Thank you for all of your kindness. We were so blessed to have been loved by you. Judy and Ken

Dear Barb:
When You enter my thoughts I see a true lady... a woman of grace. You mentored me, and were my role model, without even realizing it. You consistently supported and spoiled me throughout my teenage years. Thank you for loving me unconditionally, making me feel safe and cared for. Thank you for your abundant hospitality, since as a teenager, I spent most of my waking hours at your home. You cooked for me and drove me places and let me drive your cars. You always made me feel welcome~ like family. I always wanted to be near you because of your kind and gentle nature. Thank you for gracing me with your presence. Farewell, my sweet earth angel! Love you ? Xoxoxo
Dear Jesus:
Thank you for Divine appointments and placing this earth angel, Barbara, in my life. I am certain she is blessed for eternity.
