Havey, Robert J., Sr., age 93, on Sunday, March 18, 2018, of Baldwin.

Husband of Mary (Obringer) Havey and the late Patricia (Devlin) Havey; father of Carolyn (Joseph) Waleko, Peggy (Fred) Matthis, Mary (Rick) Hoefler, Elaine Berrien, Debra (the late Harry) Yoos, and Rosemarie Havey and the late Robert J. (survived by Regina) Havey, Jr.; grandfather of 20; great-grandfather of 23. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and various relatives. Robert was a U.S. Army veteran that served in Battery B, 772nd Field Artillery Battalion in Europe during WWII. He volunteered for 17 years at LifeFlight at Allegheny General Hospital. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 5-8 p.m. and Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Thursday morning at 9:45.
