Smith, Carol J. Age 81, on Saturday, May 28, 2016 of Baldwin formerly of Whitehall.

Beloved wife of the late Donald E Smith; loving mother of Mimi (Christian) Smith, Della (David) Willig and the late Brett (survived by Alexis Collins) Smith. Devoted Nana of Jamison and Andrew Smith, Sarah Smith, Caroline, Rachel and Olivia Willig. Carol was a 1959 graduate of Pitt with a Bachelor's degree in education and a dedicated teacher at Katherine Dean Tillotson School. She is survived by loving friends, she touched the lives of many and the memories of her will be cherished. A special thank-you to the staff at Paramount Baldwin. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, Wednesday from 2-8 pm where funeral services will held on Thursday at 11 am.
