Cathy was my neighbor for many years at her home in Overbrook. I loved Cathy and we always tried to look out for her after Joe passed. I remember her telling my husband Dave that she wanted to get the big tree cut down in front of her house. When she came home...it was entirely gone. Cathy being the great person she was showed up with a case of beer or something for Dave. Karen I am so very sorry for your loss. I wish I had known. Your mom was a great lady and will always be remembered.

Cathy has been a neighbor of mine, right down the hall, since I moved into the building almost two years ago. She was a bright, incredibly friendly woman who always stopped to talk to me. We had some great conversations. She had great curiosity and kindness of soul. I was sorry when she became ill and missed our talks. I did not know how sick she really was and am sorry I didn't get to say good-by. I miss her. The hall is a quieter place now, but I know Cathy is resting with God. My sincere condolences to her family. We all miss her.
