Obituary For Charles F. Kazyak

May 14, 1930 - March 4, 2015

Kazyak, Charles F. "Chuck", age 84, on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 of Baldwin Boro. Beloved husband of Lorraine (Radzanowski) Kazyak for over 61 years; loving father of Lynn (Tom) Kowalsky, Sandy (Ed) Kozielec, Paul (Clare) Kazyak, and Joyce (Andy) Kucerovy. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Chuck was a proud Veteran of the US Air Force and a retiree of General Motors West Mifflin Plant after 43 years. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday from 6-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral prayer on Saturday morning at 8:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Nativity Church at 9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Cure PSP, 30 E.
