September 15, 1944 - July 8, 2014

Packard, Christine (Polis), age 69, on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 of Brentwood. Loving wife of 48 years to Francis T., Jr.; beloved mother of Francis J. and Michael C. (Jennifer); proud grandmother of Shane A., Madison N., Jessica E. and Christian M.; sister of Phyllis (Pat) Falconio, Vincent "Jim" (Beryl) Polis, Patricia (Benny) Provenzano, Eileen Kelly (Tom Flaherty), and the late Marino "Junior" Polis (Cindi Polis). Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Friday morning at 9:45. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sylvester Church at 10:30 a.m.
