May 18, 1960 - March 6, 2017

Reiland, Cindy L. (Bayer), on Monday, March 6, 2017, of Shepherdstown, WV.

Wife of Jeffrey N. Reiland and the late Thomas William Billy; mother of David (Angela), Kevin (Krista) and Renée Billy; grandmother of Amaya Nicole, Dakota Madison, Kaylee Marie and Leila Grace Billy; daughter of Sandra (Bordone) and the late Charles A. "Bud" Bayer, Jr.; sister of Debby Rebholz, Benny Kruger and Renee Gruendl; also survived by nieces and nephews. Cindy was a proud military wife and mother. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of blessing service at 11:00 a.m.

    We have lost a lady with the kindest most giving heart I have ever known. Jeff,Renee, David and Kevin and the 4 beautiful granddaughters she truly loved and adored you all.
