Stokes, Clare T., Jr. "Skip" Age 68, on Wednesday, August 19, 2015, of Brentwood, formerly of Carrick.

Beloved husband of the late Margaret Ann (Knoerl); loving father of C. Thomas (Jessica) Stokes; proud grandfather of Margaret H.; brother of James Stokes, Sharon Picchi, Janet Alker and Robert Stokes. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Clare was a retired employee of the U.S. Postal Service. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Monday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Tuesday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Wendelin Church at 10:00 am.
