July 26, 1945 - March 2, 2015 Ray, Dennis R. "Denny", age 69, after battling a long illness on Monday, March 2, 2015, of Brentwood. Best friend and husband of Mary Lou (Denillo) Venturella Ray; son of the late Ralph and Helen Ray of Brentwood; brother of David (Donna) Ray; uncle of Kevin, Eric, Brian and Scott Ray. Also survived by one great-nephew Max and one great-niece Lauren. And last, but not least, his faithful sidekick Ralphie. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Friday at Noon. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15205.
