Obituary For Desiree D. Duffy

December 28, 1979 - January 19, 2014

Duffy, Desiree D., age 34, on Sunday, January 19, 2014 of Baldwin. Devoted daughter of Denise and Thomas Tucker Sciulli and the late Regis J. Duffy; inseparable sister of Destinee (John) Hindmarch, Dorian and Dallas Duffy; loving aunt of Logan and Ava Hindmarch. Desiree was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by her enormous extended family and numerous friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Wednesday from 2-8 pm. Funeral prayer on Thursday morning at 9:00. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church at 10:00 a.m.

    I and the rest of the staff at the Kidney Clinic was so very sorry to read of Duffy's passing, she will be deeply missed. My thought and prayers and also from the entire staff at our clinic are with you during these sad times. Love memories of her! I will remember her forever she was such a pleasant young lady that touched many lives. God Bless!

    Denise I am so very sorry about your daughter. I have a bit of an idea of what you are going through. My daughter Lisa died on the same date 7 years ago. Who would of thought when we were making prank phone calls,that some day we would have this terrible tradgy in our life. My thoughts are with you.     Desiree, She was full of love & life, always a smile on her face!! Denise, thank you for giving me the opportunity to have a cousin like Desiree, because of you she was such a beautiful person inside & out!! She will be missed by so many but never will be forgotten.
