Obituary For Donald Paul Brandau

February 25, 1930 - November 19, 2018

Brandau, Donald P. Age 88, on Monday, November 19, 2018, of Baldwin Borough.

Husband of the late Margaret E. (Ringeisen); father of Jeffrey (Judith), Judith (Richard) Resetar, Jon (Christine) and the late James Brandau; grandfather of Danielle (Eric) Ayala and Courtney (Jeffrey) Hindmarch. Also survived by caring neighbors on Pleasantvue Drive and his many other friends. Nobody he met was a stranger. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Saturday morning at 10:00. If desired, family suggests contributions to Alzheimer's Association - Greater Pennsylvania Chapter, 1100 Liberty Ave., Suite E-201, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.

    Dear Jeff, Judy, & Jon: May you be comforted in the loss of your dear father, Donald. He will always be remembered as a true "Good Neighbor" and friend from many years ago on Pleasantvue.
