Daughter of the late John F. and Margaret (Morvay) Vereb; sister of Margaret Rose Vereb, Stephen R. (Sandra) Vereb and the late Regina (Edward) Griffin, Edward (Patricia) Vereb and Loretta Francis Vereb. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Dorothy worked as an Administrative Officer with the Federal Reserve. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 5-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Saturday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church at 10:00 a.m.
