December 16, 1932 - September 5, 2015

Metzger, Dorothy R. (Smith) Age 82, on Saturday, September 5, 2015 of Hays.

Beloved wife of the late Arthur W.; loving mother of William, Karen (the late John) Huziak, Michael L.(Marta) and James (Paula); former mother-in-law of Diane Metzger; grandmother of Kylie (Geoff) Bernstein, Matthew Metzger, Aaron and April Huziak, Michael P. Zickefoose and Logan and Gavin Metzger; sister of the late Dolores Fisher. Also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Dorothy was an avid bowler and belonged to many leagues. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, Tuesday from 2 - 4 pm and 6 - 8 pm, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am. If desired, family suggests contributions to Family Hospice and Palliative Care, 50 Moffett Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15243.
