February 11, 1922 - January 2, 2014 Parks, Earl F. Age 91, on Thursday, January 2, 2014, of Overbrook. Beloved husband of the late Joan B. Parks; loving father of Robert, William (Kimberly) and David Parks and Mary Jo (Robert) Ruschel; proud grandfather of Steven, Jennifer (Ben Cowan), Stefanie and Erica Parks and Jessica, Amanda and William Ruschel; brother-in-law of Robert and William Gdosky and Jackie (Harry) Pritts. Earl retired from the IRS as an accountant after 34 years and was a proud veteran of WWII where he served in the Air Force. He also was a friend of Bill W. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Sunday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Monday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Norbert Church at 10:00 am.
