Obituary For Elaine C. Roehling

December 18, 1942 - July 30, 2014

Roehling, Elaine (Channing) Age 71, on Wednesday, July 30, 2014, of Forest Hills.

Beloved wife of 52 years to Edward Roehling; mother of Eric (Missy) Roehling; daughter of the late Charles and Doris (Hahne) Channing; sister of Wesley (Connie) Channing and the late Charles Channing. Elaine graduated 2nd in her class from Carrick High School. She was an active member of Hope Lutheran Church of Forest Hills, very involved at Camp Lutherlyn and was the Recording Secretary for the Western PA Genealogical Society. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood 15227, Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in Hope Lutheran Church of Forest Hills on Monday morning at 10:00. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. If desired, family suggests contributions to Hope Lutheran Church, 353 Ridge Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15221 or Camp Lutherlyn, P. O. Box 355, Prospect, PA 16052.

    Ed , Gerri and I are very sorry for your loss, we enjoyed the times over the years with you and Elaine. We had a lot of fun together.
