Obituary For Elaine M. Duffner

Age 82, passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on Friday, February 4, 2022, of St. Petersburg, FL, formerly of Pittsburgh.

Beloved wife of Joseph Duffner; loving mother of Joseph (Catherine) Duffner, Jr. and Jodi Zinsmeister; cherished Nunny of Caitlin (Michael) Little, Jordan (Sean Lagamba) Zinsmeister, Emily (the late Bryan Recker) Duffner, Jessica Duffner, Justin (Bri) Zinsmeister and Joshua (Natalie Gazzam) Zinsmeister; great-grandmother of Daxton; dear sister of Linda Herrick. Elaine was loved by many and will be missed. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, February 13, 2022 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Monday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Suncoast Hospice Foundation, 5771 Roosevelt Boulevard, Clearwater FL 33760 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
