Obituary For Eleanor Elphinstone

December 24, 1920 - July 6, 2014

Elphinstone, Eleanor, age 93, peacefully with her family by her side, on Sunday, July 6, 2014 of Brentwood.

Beloved wife of the late Paul A.; loving mother of Paul A. II (Pat); "Tippy Toes" to grandchildren Paul (Kim), Kris (Dave) Olander, and Mark (Kasey) and her great-grandchildren Jordan, Mathew, Troy, Jenna, Ryan, Alice and Michael. Also survived by nieces, cousins, and dear friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where a blessing service will be held on Thursday at 10:30 a.m.

    We have been friends for 48 years and I will truly miss being able to talk to Eleanor. She was like a mother to me. A very special person indeed. My deepest sympathies to all the family that she loved so much.
