Age 94, passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on Monday, November 24, 2025, of Baldwin.

Wife of the late Read R. Allen of 67 years; mother of Richard (Janis), Shirley (the late Dave) Lutz, Becky Laur and Barry (Kristy); Mum Mum of Rainee Lutz, Jason (Becky) Lutz, Billy, Nick, Jon and the late Sara Laur; great-grandmother of 12; daughter of the late Alvie and Elma Oliver; sister of the late Dorothy (Charles) Hasek. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. June worked as a seamstress for most of her life. She made the entirety of her daughters' wedding wardrobes. Additionally, she was employed by Joseph Horne's, Miller's and Kate's Alterations as a seamstress. She was the last surviving Charter Member of Hamilton Presbyterian Church and was able to attend their 75th Anniversary with her four children. In her later years, June delivered film for Photo Hut and drove school buses for Bethel Park for a short time. She loved her dogs, traveling and doing crafts.

Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Monday, December 1, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Tuesday morning at 10:15. A funeral service will be held in Hamilton Presbyterian Church at 11:00 a.m.
