Pierce, Ellen Ann "Nan" Age 89, surrounded by love, on Monday, July 30, 2018, of Baldwin Boro, formerly of Vermilion, OH.

Beloved wife of the late Robert P. Pierce; loving mother of Nancy (Tim) O'Leary, Patricia (Harvey) Skaugen, Marjorie (Thomas) Snider, Mary Beth Koenig, Thomas (Joan) Pierce and the late Robert C. Pierce and Carol Mathers; mother-in-law of Linda Pierce and Brian Mathers; sister of Victoria Shriver and the late William and Catherine Fries; also survived by 21 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and two soon-to-be great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Nan was formerly an active member of St. Mary's in Vermilion, OH. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Thursday, August 2, 2018, from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Friday morning at 9:00. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church at 10:00 am.
