Three weeks old, born on March 12, 2014, passed peacefully on April 2, 2014.

Beloved son of Kristen Renée Fleet and Michael Richard Galewski; adored grandson of Diane M. and Thomas S. Fleet; cherished grandson of Lynne S. and Theodore L. Galewski; precious great-grandson of Audrey P. Hamlet and Jean I. and Robert W. Fleet; named in honor of his late great-grandfathers Robert Ellis Smith and Charles Richard Hamlet; also survived by numerous loving family and friends. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Saturday and Sunday from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Monday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Thomas A' Becket Church at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Meningitis Foundation of America, Inc., P.O.Box 1818, El Mirage, AZ 85335 or www.musa.org. Indicate donation dedicated to Ellis Charles Galewski.

    Kristen and Michael- my heart aches for you both. I am sorry we had to meet on such terms but I am blessed to have had the opportunity to meet all of you, especially baby Ellis. He has his wings now and is such a beautiful angel in heaven. May he rest in peace. My love to all of you. Katie
