Age 93, on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, of South Park, formerly of Dormont.

Beloved wife of the late Paul Jacob Goehner and Homer Phillips; loving mother of Carol Ann McDonald, Jerry (Jayne Anne) Goehner and Robert Paul (Roxanne) Goehner; grandmother of Lori (Leo) Dyczewski, Brandi Sindon, Christine (Ryan) Astor, Kelly (John "Sully") Sullivan and Lacy Hinkle; great-grandmother of Ashley Kolb, Brandon Kolb, Conner Sindon, Kendal Astor, Kaiden Hinkle and Nathan Astor. Elva was a long-time member of Dormont Presbyterian Church. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Sunday from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Monday at 10 AM..
