Obituary For Emil G. Hannan

September 29, 1925 - June 2, 2018

Hannan, Emil G. Age 92, on Saturday, June 2, 2018, of Baldwin Borough.

Beloved husband of Bernice E (Walter) Hannan for 61 years; father of Cindy Hannan; Leslie (Steve) Jankoski and Michael C Hannan; grandfather of Jonathon, Ryan and Samantha Jankoski; great-grandfather of Anthony; brother of the late Loretta Provident and Richard Hannan. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Emil proudly served in the U.S. Army and was a Purple Heart and Silver Star recipient. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, on Monday June 4, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. and Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Wednesday morning 9:45. Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Apostles Parish in St. Albert the Great Church at 10:30 a .m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
