Frank was my cousin..his dad and mine were brothers. We always had fun as kids when he would be in town at the same time. I pray that his family will find comfort in pleasant memories.

Frank and I worked together as members of the Silvertip/Steel City/Eagle Valley District Camping Committee for many years. Frank was a Vigil member of the Order of the Arrow and received Scouting's highest adult award, the Silver Beaver. He also taught Fingerprinting Merit Badge at the Camporees. He has "gone home" and will be missed by Scouting's Band of Brothers. - Norb Pilewski

I met Frank when I bought ice cream from him at century 3 mall. Stayed in contact ever since at the many stores yinz had and the groups we both were involved with. He truly was a great man from a great family. I'll be out of town but know I am praying for all of you during this terrible time. May he watch over you all until you meet again.

R.I.P. Frank. I remember while working we found a black snake. A huge one down the hollow. I caught it and put it in the back of the truck, anyhow Frank showed up and I said hey Frank check this out, I jumped in the back of the truck and grabbed it and picked it up and Frank went for his gun. Needless to say I put it back down so Frank wouldn't see it. Funny as hell though. This happened in the hollow.
