Obituary For Helen B. Vensak

Age 88, passed peacefully on Monday, April 21, 2025, of Brentwood.

Beloved wife of John M. Vensak; loving mother of Debra (Richard) Milesky; preceded in death by her siblings. Also survived by her nieces and nephews. Helen enjoyed swimming, reading and spending time with her family and Peaches, Buddy and Latte. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 3-7 p.m. Funeral prayer at the funeral home on Friday morning at 9:45. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Trinity Parish, St. Sylvester Church at 10:30 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to the Alzheimer's Association - Greater Pennsylvania Chapter, 2835 E. Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203.

    She was the Snyders cheese popcorn queen!!! The only woman that may have had more jewelry than Blanche! I will never forget her contagious laugh which often times was a snort which caused more laughing 😭
