Obituary For Helen Pauline Sacco

May 13, 1925 - January 25, 2018

Sacco, Helen (Paula) Pauline (Bonnell) Age 92, on Thursday, January 25, 2018, of Whitehall.

Wife of the late Marco F. Sacco; mother of Michael G. Elden and the late Frank A. Sacco; grandmother of Lucia Sacco; daughter of the late Russell and Helen Bonnell; sister of the late Madelyn Willis. Also survived by her daughter-in-law Marie Christine Elden, nieces and nephews, Richard L. Willis, Jane Willis Merritt and Mark A. Willis, her great-nieces and nephews, Joshua M. Merritt, Amanda Merritt Gump, Jessica Zimo, McKenzie Willis and Mike Willis, and the staff of Heritage Manor, who became her family due to their kind and loving care. Mrs. Sacco was the owner of Paula Paula's Antiques in Naples, Florida and in the Club Car at Station Square. She was co-owner of the Piccolo Piccolo, located at 1 Wood Street, Pittsburgh, PA. There will be no visitation. Arrangements handled by the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227.

    Paula was such a classy, beautiful, vivacious, happy woman! Married to my Dad's cousin Marco and mother of Frankie (who I adored), was so lucky to live such a long full life. What a great role model, I can only hope to be half the woman she was, especially in her later years where she spread joy wherever she went! My sympathies to Michael, Lucy and neices.
