Obituary For Henrietta J. (Heilmann) Heyl

January 30, 1910 - July 22, 2016

Heyl, Henrietta J. (Heilmann) Age 106, surrounded by her loving family on Friday, July 22, 2016, of Mt. Oliver.

Henrietta was preceded in death by her husband Alvin W."Soapy" and siblings Marie Huttinger, John Heilmann, Fr. Herman Heilmann and Fr. Germain Heilmann, CP; survived by her loving children Herman (Jane), Mary "Liz" (the late Bill) Starr, Jane (Paul) Eiben, Germain "Gerry" (Mary), Alvin, Jr. (the late Sandy); 20 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. Henrietta worked for her son at the Herman J. Heyl Flower Shops. Family and friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Tuesday, from 2-8 pm. Funeral Prayer on Wednesday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in Nativity Church at 10 am. If desired, family suggests contributions to Campaign for the Church Alive, c/o Office for Stewardship, 111 Blvd. of the Allies, Pgh., PA 15222 .
