Obituary For Hulda Mae Evanovich

September 16, 1929 - May 21, 2015

Evanovich (Shaner), Hulda Mae "Hut", age 85 on Thursday, May 21, 2015 of Bon Air. Loving wife of 68 years to Frank S.; devoted and loving mother of Elizabeth Ann (John) Williams and Linda L. (Timothy) Broderick and the late Diana Grace Evanovich; sister of the late Minnie Hartz, Helen and Grace Phillips, George, Robert, William and Stella Shaner; proud grandmother of Jamie Lyn and Kristy Lyn Williams, Jacqueline Ann (Brian) DeMark and Timothy Broderick, Jr. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends. Hulda's family would like to especially thank Overlook Green employees for their compassionate care. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday from 3-8 p.m. Funeral service on Saturday morning at 9:00 in Zion Lutheran Church. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. If desired, family suggests contributions to Zion Lutheran Church, 4301 Brownsville Road Pittsburgh, PA 15236.

    Grammy, u are with your family in heaven now and u will no longer be in pain. My heart is breaking knowing that I will never be able to see you, sing with you, hold your hand or give you kisses. I love you from the bottom of my heart and I one lucky girl to call you my GRAMMY!!! RIP and God is taking care of u know. Mwah.
