Obituary For Jacquline Sue "Jackie" Flynn-Miller

July 28, 1987 - May 18, 2015

Flynn-Miller, Jacquline Sue "Jackie", on Monday, May 18, 2015 of Castle Shannon. Former wife of the late Larry Miller; step-mother of Gage Miller; beloved daughter of Tamara (Susan Typanski) Flynn; loving granddaughter of Patrick and Natalie Flynn; niece of David Flynn and Michael (Margaret) Flynn; aunt of Thomas Flynn; longtime beloved friend of Clyde Trout. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m until the time of Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anne Church at Noon. You will always be loved and missed and forever in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Narcotics Anonymous, Triangle Building, 701 Smithfield Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.

    My heartfelt sympathy to Jackies Mom Tammy and family. I work at The Lighthouse and had the pleasure of getting to know Jackie and to know her was to love her. She was a bright shining star on anyone's darkest day. She made you smile every time you saw her. I had many heartfelt talks with her and lots of laughter. I don't know anyone in the recovery community that if they met her, they fell in love with her spirit. All of Washington loved her. She will be so missed. Much love and prayers to all. God Bless!
