Obituary For James "Jim" A. Conrad

Age 52, of Pittsburgh, PA passed away May 12, 2021. Jim is survived by his wife, Stephanie. He was the best dad in the world to two daughters: Brianna (George Bamforth) and Nicole. He is also survived by his mother, Grace Ann Conrad, and his siblings: Jeannine (John) Niespodziankski; Janet George; Jacquelyn (Joe) Mang; John (Jenni) Conrad; Jeffrey (Marcie) Conrad; and Jerry (the late Susan) Conrad. Jim was preceded in death by his father, John H. Conrad, and his sister Joanne Conrad. To honor his wishes, there are no funeral services. Arrangements were handled by John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227. There will be a tree-planting ceremony and celebration of Jim’s life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Georgetown University (https://tinyurl.com/jcgeorgetown) and Point Park University (https://tinyurl.com/jcpointpark) scholarship funds.
