Age 96, originally of Brentwood, died on Sunday, December 12, 2021.

Loving wife of 42 years to the late Aniello "Nello" R. Stoppello; daughter of the late Frank and Florence (Williamson) Stutz; sister of the late Ross (Dolores) F. Stutz and Patricia M. Stumpf; godmother to Robert Hornick, son of her dear friend Connie Hornick Gruca, and Roman Hornick, son of Ryan (Sherry) Hornick, who was devoted to Jeanne. She was retired from Verizon (formerly Bell Telephone) and a member of Telephone Pioneers since 1944. Jeanne expressed special thanks to the Nancy and Chris Spina Family and Leslie and Mark Bronder Family for all they did in taking good care of her. She will be missed by many more friends and neighbors. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of her blessing service at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent in memory of her dogs Princess and Ginger to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
