Ostrowski, Joan C. (Chuha) Age 83, on Sunday, May 14, 2017, of Whitehall .

Wife of Frank Ostrowski; mother of Kimberly Ostrowski; grandmother of Ian Ostrowski; daughter of the late John and Anna (Martchek) Chuha; sister of the late Lawrence Chuha and Carol Lutch; also survived by nephews Anthony Lutch and Jeffrey (Alycia) DiLuccia and friend Gloria Garcia. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Wednesday, May 17, 2017, from 6-8 p.m and Thursday, May 18, 2017, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Friday morning at 9:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church at 10 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church, 5200 Greenridge Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
