To the Riley family my deepest condolences. As a teenager I remember Mr. Riley as a solid guy that I had a great deal of respect for. As an adult my respect for him increased as I learned more about his own personal history. When you were around him you knew you were in the presence of greatness although he was humble despite his considerable achievements in life. The world has lost a quiet hero and true icon of Pittsburgh. Much love to his family during this sad and difficult time. He most certainly resides now in the house of our Lord and Saviour and is reunited with his loving wife Agnes and his son Mike and other family who predeceased him.
