Zgurich, John S., age 70, on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 of Baldwin. Husband of 47 years to Roberta (Tyburski); son of the late John and Catherine Zgurich; brother-in-law of Michael (Linda) Tyburski, Carol DeLong, Janice (Thomas) Waller, Barbara (Ken) Kass and Robert (Marjorie) Tyburski. John worked at H.J. Heinz Company for 35 years. Since he retired, he loved going to the movies and also was a sports fan. John liked watching the Penguins, Pirates and Steeler Games. He was a 20 year member of the St. Casimir Alumni Association and enjoyed going to the annual reunions. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Friday, March 24, 2017 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Saturday morning at 9:45.
