Age 75, peacefully on Monday, October 10, 2022, of Brookline. Beloved husband of 51 years to Sally (Rigot); loving father of Jack IV (Julie) and Melanie (the late Jason) Koliscak; proud Pap of Trent, Connor, Addison "Olga", Alexis and Lanie; brother of Dale (Suzanne) Karabinos and the late LaVerne (Ludwig) DelMastro; brother-in-law of David Rigot, Janet Plinta and the late Cy Rigot and Mary Lou Johnson. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and many friends. Jack proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral prayer on Monday morning at 9:00. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa of Kolkata, St. Pius X Church, Brookline at 10:00 a.m. Interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies will be held privately at a future date. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, 5115 Centre Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15232.
