Obituary For Kathleen B. Koerber

September 26, 1948 - May 15, 2018

Koerber, Kathleen B. (Farrier), age 69, unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 of Baldwin Boro. Beloved wife of 50 years to John H. Koerber; loving mother of Deborah M. (Martin Bruner) Dougherty, Diane M. (Kevin) Vasil; cherished grandmother of Johnathan Dougherty, Courtney Vasil, Katelyn Dougherty and Joshua Vasil; daughter of the late Robert and Marie Farrier; sister of Janet (Cornelio) Runas, James (Cindy) Farrier and the late Robert Farrier. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Kathleen loved to travel, volunteer, bowl and dance. She supported and "cheered" on all of her grandchildren's events. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday morning in North Zion Lutheran Church at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to North Zion Lutheran Church, 5100 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236 or Migraine Research Foundation, 300 E. 75th Street #3K, New York, NY 10021.
