Obituary For Laurie A. Rohm

July 3, 1977 - February 9, 2016

Rohm, Laurie A. Age 38, unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, of Baldwin Whitehall.

Beloved daughter of Gary J. and Ann E. Rohm; loving sister of Matthew J. (Randi) Rohm; cherished aunt of Grady and Avery Rohm; granddaughter of the late Walter and Grace Haley and Elmer and Regina Rohm; also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many loving friends. In addition, Laurie is survived by her very special companions, Hank and Annie. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Saturday morning at 10:15. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Thomas A' Becket Church at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Western PA Humane Society, 1101 Western Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15233.

    Gary, Annie and Mathew, I can't even begin to tell you how deeply saddened I am over the loss of my dear friend Laurie. I have been in a state of shock since learning about this devastating loss. Laurie was so special to me and I miss her every day. She brought so much life to mine and we always had the most amazing times together. I'll never forget the great memories we shared together cruising around on Hilton Head Island in her Porsche Boxter, shopping and getting all dressed up to watch the Grammys.
