Lang, Lawrence P. "Larry", age 79, on December 9, 2014 of Baldwin. Beloved husband of Claudia (Bench) Lang and devoted father of Vicki (Michael) Schooley, Gregory (Carolyn), Russell (Caren) and Gary Lang. Proud grandpap of Robert (Melody), Christopher, Nicole, Audrey, Nicholas and Zachary. Also one great-grandchild Camryn. Larry was born on May 7, 1935 to the late Lawrence and Elizabeth Lang in the Allentown section of Pittsburgh. Larry worked over 40 years for Feick Bros. Co, PMS and PSS as a medical product salesman retiring in 1997. He met his wife Claudia Bench in 1953 and was married May 1958. Together they traveled the world and saw Europe, Russia, India, China and Turkey. For their 50th anniversary, they cruised the Nile River in Egypt. He was a veteran of the Navy. A special thanks to his physician C.D. Landani, M.D. who treated him since 1981 for numerous heart conditions. Larry was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, taxidermy and walking in the woods with his grandkids. Arrangements made by John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227. Funeral services were held privately.

    Claudia, My sympathy to you and your family. I have fond memories of Larry as we go back many years in Medical Sales. First at Feick and then he worked for me at PMS. We always shared hunting stories together and I still have a deer head that he mounted for me in 1973. He was a good man and will be missed. Ed Fleming
