Just saw that Lee passed, My condolences to Ivan and Lee's entire family. I went to high school with him and our fathers were close friends. He was always a nice guy, and will be missed.

I was lucky enough to grow up on the same street as Lee. He was a great friend, going back to when we were 4 years old. We pretty much did everything together. Some years later we got into hockey, and played and watched it 24/7. Lee was a hockey celebrity around 8th grade, when he scored the game-winning goal in overtime of a championship game. He never let it go to his head though. He was funny, easygoing and adventurous, and made a big impact on everyone who knew him. We reconnected not long ago, and I could tell he was still the same. So sad to hear that he's gone. He definitely won't be forgotten.

Lee often passed by each me at work, and we exchanged pleasantries for 6 years. One day (4 years into my employment) Lee calls my office line out of no where and starts asking me about youth hockey. He had connected some old lines & dots and discovered he used to play SPAHL bantam ice hockey (Hornets) with me when we were like 12 years old. The funny thing was that despite having such a good memory, he never could remember or admit that I was far a more talented player than he was..LOL He was a loved, talented, and wonderful co-worker. He will be missed by everyone who had the wonderful opportunity to have known him.

Many hearts are filled with sorrow

Thereâ??s not enough space or words to describe the incredible person and friend lee was. Iâ??ve known lee since the age of 5. Weâ??ve been best friends business partners and were each otherâ??s best man at both of our weddings. Weâ??ve laughed together (a lot) , cried together and shared everything together. Everyone who met lee loved him. He was an amazing person who touched the lives of everyone he met in a positive manner. It is devastating to think heâ??s gone. I loved him like a brother and his family like my own family. Truly the best person Iâ??ve known and I will miss him terribly but I will never forget him.
