Sobieralski, Leonard "Lenny" Age 73, of Scott Twp., peacefully, on Thursday, June 26, 2014, after a brief illness.

Loving father of Susan Sobieralski of Mt. Lebanon; Cindy (Barry) Metzler of Whitehall and James (Renee) Sobieralski of Whitehall; proud grand pap to his adoring grandchildren Chazz Steinbrunn, Mikal and Briauna Harris, Kristy, Matthew and Shannon Metzler, Rachel Cunningham and Stone, Samantha and Eva Sobieralski; brother of Richard (Kathy) Sobieralski of Carnegie and Barbara (Vic) Duckstein of Orlando, FL. Lenny will also be missed by Pat Waleko, his many nieces and nephews, and especially his ??adopted daughter' Kelly Rump. He was preceded in death by his parents Casper and Betty Sobieralski of Carrick.

Lenny was a machinist at the Pittsburgh Press / Post-Gazette for over 25 years, which allowed him to devote significant time to his preferred position as the ??Nighttime Mayor of Pittsburgh'. He also spent many years involved with the Pittsburgh Typos and the Union Printers International Baseball League. At each annual tournament, Lenny was in charge of ice and towels, but he will be most remembered for his efforts at keeping the Tiki Bar open. Upon his retirement, he occupied the self-made position as Director of Advertising for Sobers Construction, and he enjoyed his time with his many friends from St. Basil's Class of 1958. Lenny will be deeply missed by all and was truly one of a kind.
