 Age 91, of Baldwin, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024. Beloved wife of 70 years to Valentine A. Zagorski; loving mother of Valerie A. (David) Lewis, William A. (Stephanie) Zagorski and Barbara A. McQuillan; devoted grandma of Lisa, Seth, Nathan, Bradley, Aaron, Kyle and Zachary; proud great-grandma of Macklin, Lena, Gabriel, Leo, Abby, Lina, Jessie and Alex; daughter of the late William and Elma Dembroski; sister of Janet McGowan, Norma Anders and the late Evelyn Siebert. Lois graduated from South High at the age of 16. She was a longtime member of Stewart Avenue Lutheran Church and enjoyed traveling, spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227 on Saturday, April 6, 2024 from noon until 4:00 p.m. at which time her funeral service will be held in the funeral home Chapel.
