Obituary For Louella Ann Pikras

May 28, 1944 - April 9, 2018

Pikras, Louella Ann (Scuilli) Age 73, at home after a long battle with respiratory issues, on Monday, April 9, 2018, of Pittsburgh .

Beloved mother of John (Colleen) Pikras, Jr.; loving grandmother of Samantha Helen, Jacob Gabriel and Alexander John Pikras; daughter of the late Gabriel V. and Helen T. (Banach) Scuilli; sister of Nicholas J. (Jackie) Scuilli and the late Marietta A. (Milton) Piwonski and Dolores L. (Ralph) Floria; also survived by several nieces and nephews and many, many friends. Louella was a graduate of Pittsburgh Barber Academy and Robert Morris University, a Penn State Master Gardener, and a Pitt football fan. She was an owner of the former Affair With Hair in Brentwood. Above all, her pride and joy were her grandchildren. Friends will be received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home, Inc., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood 15227, Friday, April 13, 2018, from 1-9 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Saturday morning at 10:15. Mass of Christian Burial in the Church of the Resurrection at 11:00 am.
